1. Main Machine Body
The main machine body is primarily composed of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, a headstock, an upper pressing device, a side pressing device, and a row-type tool magazine. The bed features excellent rigidity and stability, enabling it to withstand the loads and vibrations generated during high-speed machining processes. This structural performance ensures the maintenance of the machine tool’s machining accuracy throughout operations.
2. Infeeding Conveyor
The infeeding conveyor is composed of a conveyor support, supporting rollers, side positioning rollers, a side-pushing device, and a rack, among other components. The feeding channel of the conveyor is designed to carry workpieces to be processed. A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the feeding channel to detect the front end of the workpiece, thereby determining the X-direction processing datum. The side-pushing device clamps the workpiece tightly and presses it against the side positioning rollers, enabling rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.
3. Infeeding NC Carriage
The infeeding NC carriage is composed of gears, servo motors, and manipulators. The manipulator features excellent rigidity and stability, and is capable of automatically lifting and lowering according to profile specifications, as well as automatically clamping the workpiece. After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, the carriage is driven by the servo motor; under the transmission of the rack-and-pinion mechanism, the workpiece is fed in the X direction—this ensures the longitudinal machining accuracy of the drilling process.
